Gandia
Gandia is a quiet old town on the banks of the Serpis River. Not far from it is a tourist center with a beautiful park and lively streets. There are wonderful beaches with a total length of about 12 km.
Denia
Denia has about 20 km of excellent sandy beaches with small bays. Here, the walls and towers of the castle, built during the time of the Moors, have been preserved – now there is an archaeological museum on its territory. Not far from the city, in the town of Vergel, there is a Safari Park, interesting for its “Dolphin Show”.
Altea
Altea is a small town 10 km from Benidorm with many art galleries, an artists’ “colony”, cafes, restaurants and bars.
Calpe
Calpe is located about 12 km from Altea at the foot of Mount Ifach, the ancient watchtower on top of which has become a symbol of the Costa Blanca coast. At the foot of the mountain there is a protected park area, where more than 300 species of plants are presented, including unusual carnations and orchids.
Javea
Javea is located 27 km north of Calpe and is considered an ideal place for a quiet and calm family holiday: there is wonderful air, picturesque surroundings, an abundance of fruits. Javea has good sandy beaches with a wide range of water sports.
